Sponsors again in 2010 of the prestigious "John Edgar Awards"

Twelve people have been selected for an Award to participate in the  John Edgar Management Development Scheme to be run between November 2010 and March 2011. This features:
  • A 3-module residential course in rural business management at no cost to the participants
  • One 5-day tutored course held at Cirencester in November 2010
  • Two  4-day project-based courses held in Hampshire in January & March 2011
  • Seminars on Managing People, Business Practice, Taxation & Law, Media Management, Leadership.
  • Practical Case Studies and Seminars

Applications were invited from people who:
  • Are at an early stage in their career in agriculture or rural-based business in Southern England
  • Have management experience or potential
  • Are future leaders in their chosen field
  • Wish to benefit, as over 250 people already have, from the "John Edgar Experience"

The next Course will take place, subject to no unforeseen circumstances, between November 2012 and March 2013.
