Twelve people will be been selected for an Award to participate in
the John Edgar Management Development Scheme to be run between
November 2012 and March 2013. This features:

A 3-module residential course in rural business management at no cost
to the participants

One 5-day tutored course held at Cirencester in November 2012

Two 4-day project-based courses held in Hampshire in January
& March 2013
-
Seminars on Managing People, Business Practice, Taxation
& Law, Media Management, Leadership.

Applications will be invited from people who:

Are at an early stage in their career in agriculture or
rural-based business in Southern England

Have management experience or potential
-
Are future leaders in their chosen field

Wish to benefit, as over 280 people already have, from the
"John Edgar Experience"
*The next Course will take place, subject to no unforeseen
circumstances, between November 2012 and March 2013.
